Biography

Dr. Devyani Mourya is an Assistant Professor of Management at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. She holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Indore. Her doctoral research examined the motivations underlying volunteerism and its impact on service recipients through empirical studies conducted across government schools in India.

Her teaching and research span organisational behaviour, business psychology, social entrepreneurship, volunteerism, and community development. Her work seeks to understand how individuals and organisations contribute to social change, with particular interest in meaningful work, civic engagement, and inclusive organisational practices.
