Biography

Dr. Biswanath Gupta has been an Associate Professor of Law at the National University of Study & Research in Law, Ranchi for last two years. Prior to this, he was working at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. He attained his attained his LL.M. degree from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, and was awarded his Ph.D from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Dr. Gupta has been writing in international space law for quite some time and he has published numerous articles in different national and international journals.
