Biography

Diksha Jhingan holds a BA LLB from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), an LLM from the University of Southern California (USC), and an MBA from Westcliff University. With a strong foundation in legal education, they have practiced as a lawyer in India, representing clients in both civil and criminal litigation before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
 
After two years of courtroom experience in India, they moved to California, where they worked as a legal consultant for five years, collaborating with several employment and personal injury law firms. This diverse international experience has enriched their understanding of both Indian and U.S. legal systems.
 
Currently, they are dedicated to academia, teaching courses on Legal Methods and the History of Courts, Legislature, and Legal Profession in India to first-year law students. Their research interests lie at the intersection of law and technology, with a focus on artificial intelligence, as well as advocacy for disability rights and animal rights.
